• The Horse of the Year awards will be based on a new points system (10, 5, 3, 1) with separate awards for saddle and sulky racing.

• Incoming executive to look at re-structuring the organization and report for the 2008 AGM.

• A new Dope Testing Protocol (extensive 3 page document) has been adopted and will supersede any previous rules in that have been in place.
